About Me

Lizzy (Yoga Teacher) and Britt (Ayurvedic Health Coach) met "randomly" a few years ago through friends who connected them in order to carpool to a wedding together. Three hours into the drive, they realized they hadn't stopped talking since the moment they got in the car. They both felt free and deeply inspired as they were able to fully geek out on the topics that inspired them the most, Yoga and Ayurveda. Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. Lizzy and Britt have both experienced huge positive shifts since they adopted these ancient principles into their lives and feel passionate about sharing this knowledge in an authentic and digestible way. The Muir Beach daylong retreats were born from their shared desire to combine the wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda and apply it to modern day living.

Awesome day spent with these two RADIANT beauties teaching self-health through yoga and Ayurveda cooking. The sun was shining, views, cozy room with fire burning, cooking class, yoga, walk to the beach, and relaxing. You'll love it!!

An inspiring and rejuvenating day of learning and practice. I feel nourished in mind, body and soul. These two teachers are gems, with great wisdom and great hearts. Soaking in the beauty of our California coast, combined with a warm crackling fire, and then pampered with home made healthy food and beverages - it was a slice of heaven. For this particular day of learning ways to ready our bodies for a night of meaningful rest, we practiced useful yoga breathing and movements, we were introduced to Ayurveda and the role food plays in a good night sleep, we sampled some of those foods, we made our own special blend of oils for evening foot massages, and we had outdoor time for a silent meditative hike. I am reminded that taking care of myself should be a priority and can be a pleasure. Thank you ladies!!

It was a terrific day! Both Brit and Lizzy are beautiful energetic spirits. Muir Beach was a perfect location, the food was wonderful and the people likeminded. I would highly recommend any other activity that they run. Thank you!
