This was an amazing experience! I joined Luna in Ericeira for my first solo trip, and it couldn't have been a better introduction. It was also my first time surfing, and I think the trip worked just as well for complete beginners as it did for more intermediate surfers. The waves were maybe a bit too much to handle for a cautious beginner like me 🤭, but that's the one thing we can't control! The surf coaches were incredible! So motivating, supportive, and great at teaching. Accommodation was great! Nice Villa with shared rooms. Close to the beach and the small town. I still dream about the catered breakfast 🤤 Luna is an absolute champ! 🧚🏼‍♀️ She's such a welcoming, warm, and easygoing person. I will definitely stay in touch with both her and the rest of the girls for future adventures! The only thing I would mention is that a 5-day trip (with 3 days of surfing) might not be the ideal length if your main goal is to build lifelong friendships. We didn't have that much time to really get to know each other, and a few of the girls already knew one another, which made it a little harder to keep the group together and get to know all the girls. Other than that, I would absolutely love to join more trips in the future. Maybe I'll try the Philippines next? 🤷🏼‍♀️🏄🏼‍♀️
