We booked the transport with Machupicchu Inkas Trek Explorer in April 2024 from Ollantaytambo to Cusco. We had a small problem because they told us that the vehicle would be either a van or a comfortable Toyota car, but instead, they sent us a small rather old car without an airconditioner. The trip wasn't all that bad but we felt frustrated since the price they ask is higher than the market price at the location so we expected a premium service. We communicated our disappointment and they offered us the transfer to the airport for free at the end of our trip. Overall we found their behaviour correct because they did make the effort to right their wrongs, but I would advise travellers to arrange transportation at the site, there are lots of agencies and you can bargain a little, or even seek advice with your hotel and they usually offer good deals for the guests, so it's no necessary to book online in advance.

Heureusement que nous nous sommes inquiété la veille au soir de notre prise en charge parce que nous n’avions aucunes informations. Nous avons l’impression qu’ils n’avaient rien prévus. Mais au final tout s’est très bien déroulé le taxi était à l’heure et très sympathique.
