I’m a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, and a lifelong student of life and yoga. My passion is to serve my students and the world by sharing my knowledge and love of both the meditative and physical aspects of yoga. My goal is to help my students recover and prevent injuries on and off the mat by helping them to mobilize and strengthen their bodies. Above all else, I want to help people learn the art of self love through meditation and movement.
