It was a wonderful experience. The certification classes in Palm Springs were very well organized, and the instructors were very knowledgeable, kind and respectful. The class content was so informative and engaging, it made the four full days go by so fast. The class environment was both inviting and comfortable, which is direct reflection of the staff.
