Nous avons eu une belle expérience. On a été suivis et guidés tout le long du voyage. On a dû changer notre forfait à dernière minute suite à des complications de maladie et le tout a été prit en charge rapidement. Je recommande sans hésiter

If you would like to enjoy Peru, do not buy any service from this agency. They litterally made the Machu pichu escursion a nightmare for us. We purchased the minivan 2 days tour. Even known they were aware of a road block due to construction works, they didn’t inform us about those obstacles in the program. the day before when we had the briefing, they explained the program but then the day after the program was not respected at all. We were supposed to be driven until Idroelettrica station and be there around 1pm, the reality was that we stopped in the middle of nowhere, had to walk without any guide and in the danger due to rocks falling from the mountain and reached the destination with another minivan at 4.30 pm. In addition to that, they also asked us for extra money, only after our complain they gave us back the extra money we paid to the new driver If we knew it earlier, we could take other options, For example the train.! They are literally unprofessional and don’t let them ruin your holidays in Peru.

We had an awesome time! Everything went great. All my questions were answered at whatever time. Definitely recommend this tour…great views and awesome experience!
