This Bali retreat with Mel Mah was truly life changing. I initially had a lot of hesitation about the long journey, but being able to connect with Mel beforehand really helped ease my anxiety and made me feel supported from the start.
The retreat itself was well organized. The accommodations were comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming, and the food was amazing. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so cleanly in my life. With three meals each day and bottled water always available throughout the resort, it was easy to feel cared for.
I loved the wellness amenities — the pool, massages, sauna, and cold plunges were all great. The daily yoga sessions, evening meditation, and free time created the perfect balance of relaxation, reflection, and personal growth.
Mel’s experience and presence made this retreat even more special. Her knowledge of yoga and meditation is incredible, and she was always available whenever guidance or support was needed. During this week, I learned so much about myself. I learned how to slow down, stay present, and appreciate the people around me. I’ve made so many wonderful friends.
This is one of the best retreats I’ve ever been on, and it’s an experience I will never forget.
