Hi Friends! My name is Melody. I have been practicing yoga on and off (mostly on now) for about 18 years and I graduated with my 200hr RYT certification in 2015 from Boulevard Yoga in Kansas City MO. Since then, I've also completed my Barre Above Certification in 2018, CRYT in 2019, Yoga Sculpt Certification in 2020, and my 500HR RYT in 2021. In my classes, I offer a mindful Vinyasa and Hatha practices that focus on meditation and movement. I love being able to use yoga to create community and connection where ever I am.
