Amazing retreat from start to finish! I loved everything about it, accommodations and closeness to river, food was good, and activities like yoga and river rafting perfect.

I truly enjoyed the weekend. The location was beautiful, and the rafting trip was a highlight. I also met many wonderful people and made several new friends. While I wish we had more time for yoga practice, I found Hy Long to be an excellent instructor and thoroughly enjoyed practicing with him. I feel completely rejuvenated.

This was such a beautiful retreat. The location was amazing with quick access to a nice beach. The accommodations were clean and well designed with spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. The food was delicious and the yoga was fantastic. Other side activities rounded out the days out nicely. Trips to little villages to shop, boating around the different islands, shared meals at beautiful delicious restaurants was all such a beautiful part of the experience.

A true vacation. Activities, rest, beauty, fabulous attendees and the retreat center and staff were all great.

Todos was a great trip! The retreat center was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I can’t say enough about the delicious food. We had 3 fresh meals a day that were fresh, healthy and different. The staff there was very helpful and friendly. All of the executions and activities were so fun. My favorite was swimming with the sea lions! Above all, the yoga classes/workshops were top notch and a the yogi's on the retreat were the best! I certainly want to go again! Thank you Carla!
