Wir haben kurzentschlossen drei Toure über die Agentur gebucht und es war alles perfekt! Wir hatten immer eine freundlich und gut informierte ansprechperson die in kürzester Zeit antwortete. Die guides die wir hatten waren sehr gut und haben uns sehr schöne Tage rund um Quito bereitet. Wir können euch ohne Einschränkung wärmstens weiterempfehlen, bleibt so wie ihr seit!

Our Agent at Midland Travel, Valerie Frossard, provided excellent guidance in helping us choose from many options for tour boat companies that ply the waters around the Galapagos Islands. We ultimately chose a budget option, the M/Y Letty, that provided a 7 day/6 night cruise on the A circuit, which was an excellent choice for seeing a large variety of flora and, most importantly, fauna. The Crew of the M/Y Letty worked very hard to provide a good overall experience with 3-4 shore or snorkeling excursions each day. The meals served were very good and there was always enough for a second helping, and the desserts were also satisfying. Unfortunately, the boats Air Conditioning system was not working, so sleeping was difficult in the high heat and humidity in the cabins. We don't blame Midland Travel for that problem, as that could not have been forseen when we booked this cruise in December. Throughout our 7 days on board Valerie kept in contact to make sure the trip was going well, and when she learned of the broken A/C, she even contacted the Letty to inquire about this problem and advocate for partial reimbursement for us. As with the Peru portion of our travels, Valerie and Midland Travel went above and beyond in providing personalized service and support during our time in the wonderful Galapagos Islands.

I highly recommend Midland Travel! From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. Alejandro, who helped me arrange the trip was incredibly polite, responsive, and courteous, ensuring everything went smoothly. Our driver (José ) was exceptional—prompt, friendly, and spoke excellent English. A truly top-notch, stress-free experience in the Galapagos!

Valerie Frossard of Midland travel was the key to having an amazing and stress-free trip to Machu Picchu and surrounding Incan ruins. She arranged all aspects, from entry tickets, hotels, personalized airport pickups, tours of the Sacred Valley and Cusco city, and a great dinner show in Cusco. Nothing was left for chance so that a couple of senior citizens couldn't get l;ost or forget their entry and boarding passes. This was a trip long dreamed of and Valerie took great care of us in the planning stages and then with daily reminders while we were traveling. She checked on us often daily to make sure that all was going according to plan and to let us know who to expect to be waiting for us at the airports, hotels, and train stations for transfer/guidance to our next destination or starts of the privately-guided day tours she booked for us.
