I love how intentional Nastrah is in cultivating her retreats, you feel like you are being catered to and reminded of who you are and why you are there. She takes the time to see what your intention is prior to and incorporates it into the itinerary and focus you have for the day which I love. She is grounded and gentle in her approach yet still firm and assertive. She’s amazing!

It was a lovely and tranquil experience. Nastrah brings calmness into our group’s space. She’s a wonderful guide - sensing our struggle or need for assistance along the way. I definitely would do this again with her.
