An expertly planned trip that was as much about the place as it was about the yoga. The morning exercises ranged from basic functional movement and meditation to all levels Vinyasa flow yoga, with tons of support and modifications for folks at any level of fitness or practice. They were followed by reflection, journaling, sharing, and integration, facilitated by Molly and Lauren, who are therapists as well as yogis. A genuinely inclusive experience. Days were spent soaking up local nature, history, and culture, as we explored the island of Saaremaa and the city of Tallinn. I have traveled the world and never been anywhere with such a diverse abundance of amazing and affordable restaurants and great thrifting. Estonia is a genuinely magical place, and OnPoint crafted an experience that highlighted so much of what makes it unique. I would give it 10 stars if I could.
