Zolo great guide , very passionate about his country , great dialogue challenging rewarding cycle trip

We did the 11 day trip to Tavan Bogd. Everything went smoothly. From the airport pick up in Ulanbaatar, to flights to Ölgii, to our trek in the Altai Mountains to summit Malchin Peak. Our guide Tsatsaa was FANTASTIC! She spoke English very well, was very knowledgeable and patient. When our group asked to spend 2 nights in a GER, she managed to pull that off on a day's notice. We were also impressed with the food that was prepared during our trek. Our cooks were amazing, and did a great job of making a variety of different meals. To top it off, I didn't mention one of the day's was my husband's birthday, but Tsatsaa knew and had a birthday cake available to celebrate. Also, a few of the trek mates and I wanted to visit Chinggis Khan statue upon arrival back to UB, and the office was able to arrange that for us without issue. I would definitely recommend using Mongolia Trekking! They were easy to work with. We were impressed and would absolutely use them again!

The trip was a great experience. Coordination of trip was good. The hiking was surprisingly challenging but rewarding. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The cultural program and the opportunity to visit local family and nomadic family was very interesting. The food was good and the staff preparing it were lovely people. This is a trip I will remember fondly.

We loved our Bulgan cycle tour with Cycle Mongolia! A real adventure for anyone who is a reasonably fit cyclist and relishes a remote environment with basic facilities. The wide skies and landscapes were an awesome gift that kept on giving. Mongolia's unique nomadic culture, history and animal husbandry were brought to life by Zolo, our guide. The support team providing catering, camping and transport were excellent and delivered a truly all-inclusive tour. As regular road cyclists in our 60s, we found the Mongolian trails and itinerary challenging but manageable. We were glad of having all the recommended kit for the changeable weather. All in all one of the most memorable holidays we will ever have.

This is Dan Kazmierczak. It was a great trip, everything I had hoped for. Agi, our main guide was fantastic, I cant say enough about his professionalism, enthusiasm and attention to our needs. Erku, our assissatnt guide was also top notch, he always made the extra effort to make the trek enjoyable. The two cooks were really quite unbelievable in their meal prep. I have trekked all over the world and have NEVER seen meals like we had in a remote area. The van drivers, camel drivers and all support personnel were also thorough and professional. The ger visits were a highlight too. I had two pre-trek arranged tours with OJ. OJ was also a joy and worked hard to show me his country. One complaint I did have was that asked Mongolia Trekking to arrange these two additional tours and not have them overlap any areas/sights that I would see on the included tour. Several things I saw again in the include tour at the end of our trek and was a little disappointed. All in all you did a great job and I woulkd recommend trekking Mongolia and using Mongolia trekking to my friends....
