Nicole and Alexis created a wonderful environment for us at the retreat center. Great food, community, yoga, and plenty of time to explore and recharge in your own way. Highly recommend a retreat with Nicole and Alexis!

This was the reset I needed. Perfect days with awesome women, supporting each other and allowing time for reflection and quiet. Nicole and Alexis planned a meaningful retreat, but also went with the flow of the group. Accommodations, food, ambiance was everything we needed. Bask is a new Tennessee Treasure.

This trip was a fabulous beginning to the new year. I met fun new people of all ages and the accommodations were excellent with views of the ocean from the pool area and the beach within walking distance. Everyone could do activities at their own pace with no pressure. I loved the salsa dancing and was proud to have completed the hike. I felt great when I got home and would do it again in a minute. I hope there is another one planned for next New Year's.

I just returned from an amazing New Year’s Eve retreat with Nicole and Alexis in Cabo San Lucas at Topia Retreat Center, and it was wonderful from start to finish. Nicole and Alexis are both incredibly caring, kind, and genuinely sweet. Their classes were always mindful, creative, and energizing, striking the perfect balance each day. Every day brought a new and fun experience—from hikes and a day trip to Todos Santos to a mixology class, tequila tasting, and salsa dancing on NYE. We truly had a blast! The group gelled so beautifully, and I completely attribute that to Nicole and Alexis—they set such an easy, welcoming tone for the entire retreat. I’ve been on 25+ retreats, and this one is definitely in my top 10. I can’t wait to retreat with them again and would highly recommend any retreat led by Nicole and Alexis. Thank you both for such a special experience!

For the six days of the retreat, Alexis and Nicole created a space where I was able to focus on healing myself through yoga, rest, and the support of others—a true gift. I can say without exaggeration that the week included a Top 3 day of my entire life, including the best sunset I’ve ever witnessed. The excursions and additional experiences were so much fun, the food was fantastic, the location was perfect, the whales were awesome, and the retreat center—incredibly—looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Alexis and Nicole are great leaders and teachers and I am so grateful to them both! I would do this again in a heartbeat.
