We had the most unforgettable safari exploring Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarangire. Each park offered something breathtaking of its own, and being so close to wildlife in its natural home was deeply humbling. We were lucky enough to see just about everything — the Big Five, tens of lions, cheetahs, and so much more. We ended the journey with a few perfect days in Zanzibar at a beautiful lodge that felt like the ideal finish. What truly set this trip apart was the personal touch. Kelvin from Nihapa made sure we felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease from the very first moment. He met us personally on day one, walked us through every detail, and crafted an itinerary that fit us perfectly — including incredible lodges we absolutely loved. He even came to meet us again in Arusha before our flight to Zanzibar, which meant a lot. Our guide — also Kelvin — spent five days with us and made every moment fun, safe, and insightful. His knowledge, patience, and skill behind the wheel added so much richness to the experience. We can truly recommend Nihapa Tours from start to finish. Our driver/guide Carpa (also called "George") was friendly and helpful and agreed to every request, and kept to his timetable conscientiously. The vhicle was efficient , comfortable andlarge enough for a family of six and all our baggage. Nihapa cutmised a tour from our schedule - collecting us from a lodge taking us to our next accommodation including w/life park en route. Onwards next day to memorable Ngorongoro Crater Wildlife Park, and got us back in plenty of time to catch our flight at Kilimanjaro Airport. Despite this excellent service, the quotation - with no extras - was significantly below that of competitors. Despite all this, the quotation was substantially below that of competitors and itemised to explain everything. Communication was excellent with extensive messages and reminders form their office.

This was the trip of a lifetime and Nihapa Tours made it so!! From our first meeting with Kelvin and meeting our guide George to every moment after that, our time in Tanzania was flawless. Our guide was born on the savannah right outside the Serengeti National Park entrance and knew everything we could have hoped about the animals, their behaviors, where to view them, how to respect them, and everything else. We went in mid April and our guide explained that it was migration season for zebras and wildebeests and calving season for many animals. We saw 20 lions (amazing!!), along with hippos, buffalo, orangutangs, elephants (mother and baby! plus 100 more), different bird species, a crocodile sunning himself by the river, and so many giraffes and other animals. We also went to the bottom of the Ngorangora crater and saw flamingos. There we also saw a white Rhino AND a black rhino. Our stay at the Lahia lodge inside the Serengeti NP was also stunning -- the views, the glamping tents, the staff and service, food, pool....everything was wonderful. We never would have seen so much wildlife nor understood so much about them without our guide George. Kelvin also invited us to a very special coffee processing demonstration that introduced us to a wonderful child care center in Arusha that supports orphans and young families. We had a great time! Our tour guide, Calvin, was really fun to be around. Their communication was timely, patient, and effective. Would definitely book another tour with them in the future!

Kelvin and this team were excellent. We chatted about what we wanted to achieve, they showed up on time, and drove us to the Arusha National Park for a walking safari with Gabriel and an armed ranger. After a couple of hours of observing some beautiful animals in their own environment - we settled for an amazing lunch prepared and presented by David. Bank to the hotel for some R&R. Kelvin has a great proposition and well worth engaging for this very personal touch.
