Paola was AMAZING!! She made our visit to Cartegena a magical experience that our family will remember forever. The private boat tour and snorkling in the Rosario Islands was one of the best days of our lives! The cooking class was extraordinary and Paola's private photography tour and walking tour of the city was phenomenal. Paola was a truly a guardian angel to us as I was traveling from Medellin and meeting my family in Cartegena. We experienced travel delays and problems that seemed so insurmountable that we thought we would have to cancel our trip, but Paola went so far above and beyond to help us that she was able to find creative solutions to get us all united in Cartegena and was able to rearrange everything so that we had a truly extraordinary visit to Colombia. She feels like part of the family. I have never had anyone work so hard to help make our experience the best it could possibly be and I am truly grateful that we found Paola and that we were able to experience the magic of Colombia. I give the trip a million stars and Paola a million thank you's!!
