The overall experience was unfortunately quite stressful for us.
From the beginning, we often had very little information about where to go or what to do next. When we tried to ask for more details — both on the first day and during the pick-up/breakfast on the second day — communication was difficult because nobody spoke enough English to properly answer our questions. Fortunately, 2nd day guide was very friendly and spoke very good English, which made things much easier.
Another issue was the organisation of the pick-ups. Even when we managed to understand the schedules with our limited Spanish, the bus was consistently 15–30 minutes late, which made us feel even more worried and uncertain.
There was also a lot of unnecessary waiting time. For example, on 2nd day, we had breakfast before the pick-up time, only to join another group that still had to eat breakfast afterwards. We then had to wait around 45 minutes for everyone to finish eating. In addition, we were taken to the same hot springs excursion on both day 1 and day 2, which made us lose even more time unnecessarily.
Considering the price we paid and the level of organisation we experienced, I have to say that we are quite disappointed, especially since we previously had very good experiences with your company.
