Incredible retreat!! So relaxing, so chill, great food, optional activities that were also so chill. The accommodations are top notch, beautiful private location, clean as can be, very friendly and informative staff. Yoga pavilion can't be beat! So happy that I've had the opportunity to do this retreat (now twice!), it's a true reset on the body and soul.

I've done this retreat twice and both times it was amazing! Ash does an amazing job of creating a fun and comfortable environment. Everything about this trip leaves you feeling nourished and relaxed. I've traveled a lot but this is one of those trips that makes you feel both at peace and filled with gratitude. Pilates - Ash does such an amazing job teaching. I never feel judged but only encouraged. I leave each class feeling stronger and more knowledgable. Food - I love not thinking about what I am going to eat but knowing that each meal is super yummy and made with the freshest ingredients! Retreat location - its what you would imagine if you decided to leave your life behind and run away to paradise. You will fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean and wave up to wild birds chirping. The facilities are very clean and well very maintained. Everything you could possibly need is provided for. The staff at the retreat and wonderful and it feels like you are visiting a trusted friend.

It was an extremely relaxing week with delicious food, good company, and a delightfully laid back pace.
