I did the three day juice fast. I wanted the green juices which were made up fresh each day using different green ingredients. I surprisingly didn’t feel hungry and actually continued not eating for an extra day. I loved the yoga each morning and the different massages. There was a daily taking of my blood pressure. Agung was eager to accommodate my wishes. The time went quickly with the infrared saunas and ice cold plunges and swimming and sun bathing. It was a great time to wind down and reset my health.

Loved the location, the facilities, and most of all the people working there. Their hospitality and care were really good.

I had a great experience at Gaia, the staff were friendly, attentive and very supportive. The resort is amongst a beautiful rainforrest and yet close enough to Ubud centre for a walk. I completed a 7 day that I would never have been able to do on my own at home. Thank you Gaia Staff. :)
