I'd a great time & felt home staying at Soulshine Bali. First impression from the airport transfer with warm welcome & friendly driver furnishing lots of Bali culture & practices info. Second with the view that Soulshine has when arriving at the hotel. Fantastic place for a personal & soul get away. The energy is awesome. Next to the hospitality & services provided by the receptions & all the workers in Soulshine. Always have their smile on the face even the gardeners. Advance room lock & communication system through app which makes me feel comfortable & ease. 24 hours been in touch of service when you needed it. I would strongly encourage you to come here for a get away. My 3 nights here were not enuf as hope have more time here. Can stay for days without leaving the hotel. Oh, btw, the hotel food is awesome. The vege & some fruits are organic from their the garden in the hotel. This is fantastic.

Soulshine is by far the best vacation experience I've ever had! There are so many things to rave about. I was greeted at the airport by a driver with a Soulshine sign and a Welcome Home greeting! I felt taken care of from the minute I stepped off the plane. As an older woman traveling alone this is an incredibly important and reassuring service. I have a limited diet but eating isn't a problem at Soulshine because there are so many healthy choices and everything is delicious! The rooms are stunning, the bedding is top of the line and feels so luxurious! The rooms are CLEAN! The cultural events that are provided are life changing! But more than anything what makes Soulshine truly special is the Soulshine team. They constantly greet people with smiles, it feels so welcoming and genuine. The staff is so gracious and helpful, they truly want to make your experience the best it can be. In the staff I see and experienced the true essence the Bali culture. Soulshine is magical place with the amazing hosts Sara and Michael Franti. I will be counting the days until I can return and hear Welcome Home Diana!

I had the most amazing time! I had no expectations going to Soulshine and if I did they were blown out of the water. From the moment I arrived I felt like a queen. The staff called me by name and was always so happy when they saw me. I really enjoyed that every staff member (EVERY) made a point to say hello or good morning or good night. I wish I could remember everyone’s names, but the few that really made my experience over the moon were: Devi, she taught me how to Balinese dance and make Paku Pipit’s. Ika and Rina always seemed happy to see me and remembered my favorite orders. Had great conversations with Raka about reading books. Made was always interested in how my day was going and what adventures I had been on. The staff is phenomenal! The location its self is well taken care of and unbelievably beautiful. From the pool area to the gardens to the yoga studios. Oh and let’s talk about the food! Most of their produce is grown on site, and you can taste the love. The kitchen has some of the best meals I’ve ever had. And the breakfast buffet is to die for. So many amazing options to choose from and it goes from 7am-11am. They make sure to refresh multiple dishes so the food is always fresh. I have never eaten so well before. I also loved how all the yoga studios had clean equipment to use and full water stations. Clean water is a big thing in Bali and they made sure I always had enough if not more. I only have good things to say about my stay. It changed my life and I seriously can’t wait to come back. It was beautiful! The accommodation is gorgeous and everyone friendly. Confusion at the beginning around price as was actually in US dollars when I thought I was paying in Australian dollars. Better clarification would be good. The team at Soulshine were also not clear on how the Escape package/food credit worked. We managed to sort it though- not a big issue. To give feedback…the food was quite bland. More flavour would be great but I guess they’re trying to make it accessible for all. The spa and staff was AMAZING!!! I would definitely come back and encourage others to book.
