This week is designed to offer you daily opportunities to sweat away the stress of daily life and realign with YOU.&nbsp;Expect a week of fun and powerful yoga &amp; IHP classes, taught by Ellen &amp; Carol, where you’ll gain strength, flexibility and a sense of deep personal connection in the beautiful setting of Casa Om’s heated studio. &nbsp;After class, enjoy a dip in the beautiful, cool blue waters of the Caribbean. During the day, explore town, adventure to a cenote or relax beachside with friends. Casa Om is within walking distance to fun beach bars and amazing restaurants.
