Rachel has always believed in healing through movement. Her classes focus on strengthening and stretching the body as well as the mind to find, nurture and embrace the power we all have inside of us.
Rachel's philosophy is that movement is medicine and yoga meets us all exactly where we are - at the exact time we need it to.
