Well, I hesitate to say the truth about this awesome experience, in fear that future ones will sell out and I won't get a spot! 😉. But, I will release hesitation to say that this trip was truly marvelous in every way. This is my second A.F.A.R. trip, and it did not disappoint. We spent a few days in Geneva at an authentic Swedish hotel, blocks away from Lake Geneva. There were 10 women and we all participated in the city's 1/2 marathon. That afternoon we spent a well deserved afternoon at a bath house, an experience I don't think I'll ever forget. Pure bliss. Then on to Chamonix, France we went to spend the week at a chalet built for 10..all 8 bedroom with private bathrooms. During the week, we paraglided, bike road, took gondolas up to the top of mountains in the French Alps, did sightseeing, & more. We had a private chef who made breakfast and dinners, and it was divine. We group of gals laughed, told stories, and supported each other through the weekly adventurous fun. I'll be going on more A.F.A.R. trips in the future...assuming there's room. If not..I'm smuggling myself in. Thank you Margaret for all your attention to detail, and your joyful, enthusiastic personality. What a joy it is to vacation with you.

This trip was a once in a lifetime experience. Margaret had all the bases covered in activities and places to visit. My most memorable experience was kayaking around Old Town and dining on an island where we were greeted by peacocks. The breath taking views, pride of people and community, connections and memories will last a lifetime.

This was one of my favorite trips with Margaret. She does a fantastic job planning the activities, accommodations, and food. It is a perfect mix of activity, connection and free time. I can not recommend one of these trips enough to someone who is looking to explore the world a little bit and make new friendships.
