Highly recommend, 10 out of 10. Rekinect was an experience of a lifetime. Hands down the best trip of my life. I arrived with an open heart and mind, ready to take it all in and the experience far exceeded my expectations. Monique, Gemma and Lizzy Jeff curated a luxurious, spiritual oasis where we were catered too, allowed to be our authentic selves and affirmed constantly. The level of thought put into every detail from the welcome gifts, tent arrangements, playlist, workshops, journal prompts, etc was awe inspiring. We bonded, we laughed, we cried, turned up, we encouraged and held space for each other. I felt so safe and supported by all of the beautiful melanated women I met on this retreat. The connections I made mean so much to me, we are sisters for life. I was able to gain new perspectives, tapped into my inner Goddess and acquired tools to continue my healing journey at home. Don’t sleep on the Rekinect experience, Monique will not disappoint. If offered again, I would definitely return.

This retreat was everything I didn't know I needed. The food was amazing. The sisterhood was unmatched. And I am still applying some of the nuggets I left with in my everyday life. I have felt a sense of renewal and vitality that I haven't felt in years and I am excited for what's to come. So sad this is their last because I was definitely ready to come time and time again.

All I have to say is IMMEDIATELY YES. This EXPERIENCE (can't even call it a trip) was what I knew it could be. I have known Monique for years now. And while I knew she would deliver- the space created along with Lizzy and Gemma was unmatched. I am a woman that is very aware of herself, has hosted many group trips and also coaches clients, and I can honestly say that they are top notch. I hope they offer space again for others to join because it is life changing. I also booked intimate sessions with all of the trip hostesses and was not disappointed. I can truly say I "rekinected" deeper into my being. I was able to do my thing and frolick in the river, ground with nature, eat delicious, whole, nutritious meals, and also turn up with my sisters in Costa Rica. I get excited just thinking about it. I even had time to go play/jump in waterfalls. Whatever you want to do is possible. Just show up with an open heart, and mind, and everything will be what it needs to be. Don't sleep on this experience. Just do it.
