Great experience , excellent service . Some ew my arms:
1. Recommended to bring a high end camera as to capture animals from remote. Also bring underwater go pro like faber’s for marine life experience.
2. Recommended to pay more for larger cabin , the cabins are small .
3. Upfront no one is mentioning tips , the tips for guid and stuff are not in the brochure , take it under consideration as the amount is not negligible .
4. Low flow in the shower - take under consideration's longer shower time.
5. Activity is very intensive . 4 activities per day. Take it under consideration that it is less suitable for elderly over 70.
6. It is very hot and humid in the Charles darvin research center where the giant turtles are net. It is recommended to get some cold towels or wet the clothes before going to that visit.

An excellent tour. Rodrigo was helpful and responsive in setting up the trip and Betty did a great job keeping everything on track locally in the Galapagos. Everything went smoothly - accommodation and food were good. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

El viaje ha sido increíble. Los dias en Ecuador Continental con esa dupla tan efectiva entre chofer + Guia personalizada, que siempre estuvieron a disposición para tratar de hacer cada día más placentera nuestra visita a ese hermoso País.
Ni que decir del "broche de oro" en Galapagos. un paraíso
Destaco la Organización y la contínua y plena asistencia - en todo momento - del Equipo de Galapagos Natural Life. Desde el primer contacto con la Agencia uno nota la diferencia en la Calidad de Atención. y algo muy importante....la Seguridad de tener Plena Confianza en que lo que se contrata es lo que se va a realizar.
Un saludo afectuoso al Sr Rodrigo Canchig, a su asistente Yumiko en Ecuador Continental, a Kathia Gil en galápagos y un abrazo inmenso a esos dos genios que nos acompañaron en la parte continental (la dupla del guía Roberto y el chofer Homero).
Finalmente, un nuevo agradecimiento a Rodrigo quien - además de ser el dueño de esta Agencia - me ha hecho sentir su respaldo permanente para que podamos disfrutar de nuestro viaje. Hermosa experiencia. Altamente recomendable!!!

I recently booked a Galapagos cruise for my wife and myself with Galapagos Natural Life (GNL) and I'm very satisfied with the services rendered and my overall experience. Rodrigo, the Tour Manager, was with me every step of the way, answering all of my questions and concerns about getting to the airport, the check in procedures and document requirements. He was always available to answer a question no matter the time of day or day of the week. Even though we arrived two days before the start of our cruise, Rodrigo gladly arranged for transportation from the airport to my temporary residence and back again to the airport for the Galapagos flight which he also arranged and booked for us. Full disclosure, I had attempted to book the same cruise to the Galapagos Islands with another well known travel organization in Quito but dropped them due to hundreds of dollars of unexplained fees in their pricing. GNL's pricing was upfront with no hidden or unexplained charges and I found their pricing to be a much better value as it included my flights to the islands. The cruise ship, the Galapagos Legend, was amazing and I highly recommend taking a cruise to see the islands. When we decided to spend an extra night on Santa Cruz island after disembarking, Rodrigo cheerfully provided hotel recommendations and arranged for our luggage to be separated from the cruise ship and delivered to our final stop where he had arranged for a taxi to pick us, and our luggage up, and bring us to our hotel. All of this extra service was above and beyond the scope of the original tour but he did it for us anyway. We were so impressed with our experience with GNL, we decided to visit their office in Quito to express our gratitude. We were warmly received by Rodrigo and his staff who treated us more like good friends than customers inviting us to share breakfast and coffee with him. I would highly recommend anyone looking to book a cruise or tour to the Galapagos Islands and/or Ecuador to consider GNL if professional and personalized service as well as a seamless travel experience is important to them.
