En general los tours muy buenos, la atención de los operadores excelente; el almuerzo el único bueno fue el que hicimos a la isla Bartolome. En el tema de la recepción en Sta cruz mal, pues allí no nos esperaba nadie; el hotel en Santa cruz regular. Al regreso en Santa Cruz recibí la notificación del cheeking para abordar el vuelo a Quito, pero no me llegó el pasa bordo,

We went to the Galapagos and Napo Wildlife center. I give both the Galapagos and Napo Wildlife 5 stars. We booked our trip through Last-minute Travel aka Galapagos Natural Life. Frankly, working with an organization for the first time, in another country, is quite disconcerting. However, they did an amazing job, were very responsive, and met us at the embarkation/disembarkation point. I would highly recommend them. The Galapagos trip was on a Galaxy Cruise-owned boat, There were some issues with the boat we had booked on, but Galaxy upgraded us to "Passion" which was even nicer. Outstanding food, perfect service, great boat. Our guide Fabian and Galaxy Cruise Manager Manuel were top-notch, the food excellent, the other 12 passengers composed of all ages and nationalities, nice to be with. Galaxy arranged all of the flights to and from the mainland, with representatives walking us through the boarding processes. The Napo Wildlife Center trip was also outstanding. After a somewhat long journey to get there (flight from Quito to Coca, then 2.5 hr motorized canoe, then 1.5 hr paddled canoe), we were greeted warmly. The rooms were large and comfortable, the food was good (3 meals a day). We observed a myriad of fauna and flora on excursions via canoe or foot. The Wildlife Center is owned by local families, and any profits go to improving facilities (like a hospital) in the nearby community. Both stays included well-scheduled activities, with plenty of breaks. One of the few complaints I have about the trip is the WeTravel platform 4% fee tacked on to the invoices. Be sure to ask about it upfront.

We had a wonderful time great trip and excellent food and our Guide Fabian was extraordinary good guide his level of knowledge and detail and the way he managed everything was amazing. Thanks for a wonderful adventure
