Sabrina is a 43 yo french 200RYT Yoga teacher and an Ayurvedic practitioner. She practiced gymnastics at a national level for 18 years (federal gymnastics trainer's diploma) and coached a junior team. She practiced fitness for 15 years along with Yoga (physical practice). In 2015, a trauma leads her to discover herself and spirituality, she decided to teach Yoga. Listening to the people, she likes to take time to adjust a posture and push people to discover themselves. Always on her hands, she gives handstands classes in Bordeaux.
