Sam and Rachel did an EXCEPTIONAL job curating an incredible experience, start to finish. The yoga/breathwork practices were immaculate--they are both highly skilled, and bring a loving and gentle presence to all of their guidance. The food was superb and the setting was absolutely gorgeous--I can't wait to go on the next retreat!

This is my 2nd retreat with Sam and Rachel and definitely not my last! They are the most genuine and kind people who go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome, which creates such a positive environment on retreats. In addition to being an amazing yoga instructors, Sam's breathwork is exceptional. She has a real gift and I'm grateful that she's sharing it with the world. Rachel is really good at breaking down arm balances and for the 1st time in my life I was able to do side crow. I can't say enough good things about these 2 - everything from the yoga to the food to the accommodations was on point. I can't wait for my next retreat!

A fun time with a local group- moving and creating! I’ve been on a few of Rachel and Sam’s retreats and I always appreciate their to detail and how much effort they put into making a special time for the group.
