From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The accommodations in Klaserie and at Nzumba were excellent, comfortable, and far beyond what we expected. The hospitality throughout the entire trip was outstanding. We were surrounded by beautiful scenery, incredible wildlife, wonderful people, and an atmosphere that made the entire experience so special. The company was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the people we shared this experience with made the trip even better. Every day brought incredible wildlife sightings and countless opportunities to photograph some amazing animals. What made this trip especially valuable to me were the photography tips and instruction. I learned so much from Sam and Jordi Woerts the team—not only about wildlife and finding great subjects, but also about how to improve my photography and make the most of every opportunity in the field. The surroundings were breathtaking, the hospitality was exceptional, the food was wonderful, and the wildlife sightings were unforgettable. Another great photography tour with Sam Cox and RAW Photographic. This was my 5th tour with them and as usual it didn't disappoint. Sam has long standing partnerships with the lodges which results in exceptional service and respect. We stayed at Umkumbe Lodge, within the Sabi Sands Reserve which has open borders with Kruger National Park and on most games drives we only had to travel a short distance from the lodge before we came across a wildlife sighting. Whilst out on game drives Sam always consults with the guides/drivers to get the vehicle in the best position for photographs and is always aware of the available lighting and weather conditions. Between the game drives Sam is available for consultation about photography processing. I can highly recomend RAW photgraphic for both experienced and novice photographers or even non photographers. His trips are always a lot of fun.
