I am from the USA and studied the German Language and European History at Northern Michigan University. After college I spent several years in the hospitality industry on Mackinac Island, Michigan and was later Co-President of a successful plastic injection molding company. I'm also part-owner of a microbrewery in Michigan and am a certified Diplom BierSommelier.
