To organize our tour of Turkey, I searched online and found excellent reviews of SGA Travel, so I contacted them to plan our trip. From the first contact, I met person with expertise and helpfulness. Our plan was to visit Istanbul and Cappadocia, but thanks to their impeccable organization, we were able to also include stops in Pamukkale and Ephesus. The accommodations were excellent, comfortable, and a little out of the ordinary (we avoided large hotels), and the transfers were seamless, both by domestic flights and by van. Our private guides for Istanbul, Kamil, and Hierapolis, Alper, were knowledgeable, helpful, and fluent in English. They made our days unique and left us with wonderful memories. Managing Director Çağlar was always available, both before departure and during our stay. What can I say about expertise, professionalism, and helpfulness? We had a great time! SGA put together a great package of comfortable, well situated accommodations, convenient transport, and wonderful guides to see all the sights and have all the experiences we wanted to have. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, and all around great people to hang out with as we explored Istanbul and various towns in Kapadokia. Çağlar, our SGA representative, was communicative and available throughout the months leading up to the trip and during the trip itself. We really appreciated working with him. We definitely recommend SGA and would use them again in the future.
