I’ve been teaching yoga in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2008. I moved to Italy in September 2019. I teach vinyasa yoga classes guided by the power of breath and intelligent sequencing. I integrate meditation and various strength training techniques to serve all the needs of your body, mind and soul. I love sharing yoga on retreats because it gives you a unique opportunity to explore a new part of the world, immerse yourself in your yoga practice, meet a new group of people and remove the distractions of your everyday life.
