Shawn is truly in her element! From pre-retreat planning and communication, to day-of communication, to all of the amazing activities during the trip -- she really thinks of everything. This retreat was the perfect way to seriously unplug and find clarity in whatever you were searching for. I made new friends, challenged myself (helllooooo WV wildlife!) and gained a deeper understanding of myself and my goals. Thank you, Shawn, for curating such a fabulous trip!

A lovely escape from an otherwise overwhelming and chaotic world. Shawn created a welcoming, non-judgmental space that felt like a true oasis. The delicious meals, sense of community and of course the yoga and sound bowls allowed me to be present, feel grounded and rest, which was just what I was looking for. I would absolutely do another retreat soon!

This trip was more than I could have ever imagined. The desert, weather, hiking, yoga, sound baths in nature, the camaraderie of gal pals, the fabulous accomodations, Chef Addy, shout out Joshua Tree Coffee, getting to feel like a model with photos in the desert, massage, shopping....the list goes on and on. I could not recommend a retreat like this any more to anyone who is on the fence. Shawn has a way of completely relating to how you are feeling and thinking when in practice....it is truly something to experience. This is not my last trip to Joshua Tree and certainly not my last retreat with Shawn!

Exceptional!! Yoga & meditations offerings, activities, accommodations, meals...all simply fantastic. Cherry on top - a community of new friends and deepened relationships with old ones. Thank you, Shawn.
