We recommend a 45-65L backpack that can be rented/fitted at most outdoor recreation stores. It will need to be big enough to fit your personal items + a small bear bin & a small amt of group gear.

Nestled in the Los Padres National Forest, Kirk Creek Campground boasts sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and the dramatic Big Sur coastline. During our time there, we’ll hike scenic trails, immerse ourselves in nature, practice yoga, unwind and nurture our well-being as we fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean. This trip is perfect for women who want to experience camping without the stress of managing logistics and permits. We take care of all the details, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy.​Timing &amp; TransportationMeet at Kirk Creek Campground after 3pm on Day 1. We suggest carpooling and are happy to help coordinate. Our trip will end sometime after breakfast on Day 3.&nbsp;HikesOur big hike will be 6 miles on the Vincente Flat Trail with 1700 elevation gain with sweeping ocean views and lookout points. The views of the Pacific on this hike are really stunning. Once everyone has arrived and has set up their tents, we’ll ease into the trip with appetizers and dinner. As the evening unfolds, we’ll enjoy a gentle walk, followed by tea and dessert around the campfire (weather permitting), soaking in the night sky.Day 2 – Hiking &amp; Nature Time We’ll wake to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee in camp (if you drink tea, we got you). After a relaxed morning stretch, we’ll prepare for our day hike: fill water bottles, distribute snacks, and review weather and trails. The hike will be followed by a picnic lunch at the trailhead and time back in camp to relax and rest. Later that afternoon will be our optional yoga and forest bathing session in our campsite. In the evening, we’ll enjoy appetizers, dinner and repeat our cozy nighttime rituals under the stars.Day 3 – Gentle Morning &amp; Farewell We’ll begin the morning with a light stretch, followed by an optional morning hike after we're packed up and heading home, refreshed and grounded.HikesHigh Peaks, Balconies Cave, Bear Gulch Cave and Bear Gulch Reservoir are on the list!
