Shelby and CJ bring years of experience teaching, guiding, and creating spaces where people can feel supported, grounded, and free to be themselves. Their retreats are thoughtfully shaped from beginning to end, with care given not only to the yoga, but to the rhythm of each day, the energy of the group, and the small details that allow people to truly settle in. Set against the wild beauty of Baja and the intimate, communal atmosphere of Topia, the experience has room to feel both expansive and deeply personal. Their different teaching styles create a natural balance of strength and softness, exploration and rest, while their shared approach is rooted in connection, curiosity, and presence. The hope is simple: to create a week that feels good to be part of, with space to move, rest, connect, and enjoy where you are.
