(The flow of each day may shift slightly, but all ceremonies and excursions will remain as planned.)
Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome Your retreat begins the moment you land at San José Airport (SJO). From there, you’ll enjoy a seamless transfer to Synergy Retreat Center, with scenic stops along the way — pausing to stretch your legs at the famous Crocodile Bridge and sip fresh coconuts as you take in the beauty of Costa Rica. Upon arrival, you’ll settle into your private or shared accommodations, breathe in the jungle air, and unwind. In the late afternoon, we’ll gather for a gentle yoga session to release the travel tension and drop into your body. As the sun sets, we’ll come together for a group welcome dinner, followed by our Opening Circle & Ceremony — a space to set intentions, connect with your retreat sisters, and anchor into the week ahead. The evening will close with a soft sound bath, easing you into deep rest for your first night in paradise. Day 2 – Flow, Photos & Play For those who wish to greet the day early, we’ll begin with an optional Rise & Shine yoga class — a slow, intentional practice to ground and awaken. After a nourishing breakfast featuring fresh, local ingredients, we’ll gather for the Pose Flow Class with Sarina. This 75-minute movement session is designed to help you feel at home in your body and find ease in your natural flow, while Sarina captures stunning photos of your authentic energy and radiance — keepsakes from your retreat experience. The morning continues with a self-love workshop with Shelley, before we break for free time — relax by the saltwater pool, take part in a guided cold plunge meditation, explore the river or nearby beaches, or wander the lush retreat grounds at your own pace. After lunch, we’ll come together for a playful Hula Hoop Experience, tapping into joy and connection. The evening unfolds with a group supper, followed by restorative Yin Yoga, guided meditation, and sound healing, leaving you deeply nourished and ready for rest. Day 3 – Clay, Clarity & Ceremony Begin your day with optional morning yoga and a wholesome breakfast, setting the tone for a day of renewal. We’ll start with a group workshop led by Shelley, followed by our Blue Clay Body Experience — a detoxifying, skin-renewing ritual using Costa Rica’s mineral-rich clay, complete with a refreshing river rinse to ground and revitalize. The afternoon offers space for choice: For those booked with Sarina, this day holds the first adventure boudoir photoshoot, set in a breathtaking natural backdrop. Others may join a guided walking meditation and floating sound bath in the pool, or take this time to explore, journal, or simply be. As evening falls, we’ll gather for supper and then close the night with a Letting Go Cutting Ceremony — a sacred release of what no longer serves, held in community. The day will end with a soft sound bath, guiding you into deep relaxation.

Welcome to Paradise!

Day 1 - 3

(The flow of each day may shift slightly, but all ceremonies and excursions will remain as planned.) Day 4 – Waterfall Adventure & Flow For those who wish to start the day with movement, we’ll begin with an optional Rise & Shine yoga session before sharing an early breakfast together. Then, we set out for one of Costa Rica’s most iconic natural wonders — the Nauyaca Waterfalls. This two-tiered waterfall is a breathtaking sight, with water cascading into deep, turquoise jungle pools. You’ll have time to swim, float, and soak in the energy of this lush rainforest paradise, surrounded by wildlife and the sound of rushing water — an unforgettable experience that will leave you feeling alive and connected to nature. After returning to Synergy, enjoy a nourishing lunch followed by optional midday sound bath to ground and restore. The afternoon offers free time to relax — float in the saltwater pool, explore the retreat grounds, or book your 1:1 private photo session with Sarina (included for each guest). As evening arrives, we’ll gather for a group dinner and closing ceremony and activity to integrate the day’s adventure and connection. Day 5 – Chocolate & Heart Opening Begin with optional morning yoga, then share a wholesome breakfast before diving into Costa Rica’s rich tradition of cacao with a guided chocolate farm tour. You’ll see the process from bean to bar, taste the flavours of the region, and learn about the cultural and spiritual significance of cacao. After lunch, the afternoon is open for choice:

Guests who booked Sarina’s Adventure Boudoir Waterfall Session will step into their private, confidence-boosting photoshoot at the stunning Cascada Verde.

Others can take part in gentle workshops, yoga nidra, tuning fork sessions, or simply rest and journal.

As the sun sets, we’ll gather for a heart-opening cacao ceremony, guided by a local facilitator, to drop deeply into connection with ourselves, each other, and the spirit of cacao. (The flow of each day may shift slightly, but all ceremonies and excursions will remain as planned.) Day 6 – Culture, Connection & Celebration We’ll begin with optional Rise & Shine yoga, followed by a wholesome breakfast to fuel the day ahead. Together, we’ll head out to explore a local farmers’ market, where you can connect with Costa Rica’s vibrant culture, meet artisans, and take in the colours, scents, and sounds of the community. Afterwards, we’ll make our way to the beach for a full afternoon of sun and sea — time to relax, dip into the Pacific, and soak up the coastal magic. As the sun begins to lower, we’ll gather for a group circle before embarking on a sunset horseback ride along the beach — a once-in-a-lifetime experience that will leave you in awe. That evening, we’ll share a group supper before slipping into our most stunning Royal Blue outfits for our Royal Blue Party — a celebration of everything we’ve moved through and claimed this week. Sarina will be on hand for group photos, and the night will unfold into ecstatic dance with a live DJ, under the Costa Rican sky. Day 7 – Closing & Departure Our final morning will be shaped by flight times, but for those staying longer into the day, we’ll offer optional morning yoga followed by a closing circle to honour the journey we’ve shared. Together, we’ll complete our time with a Candle Wishes Ceremony, leaving space for gratitude, intention, and a heartfelt goodbye. Departures will be coordinated to ensure a seamless transfer back to San José Airport (SJO), carrying home not just memories but the deep calm, connection, and renewal this retreat has offered.
