We went on the 4-day tour from San Pedro de Atacama with Expediciones Estrella del Sur Bolivia. It was an incredible experience. The scenery is spectacular and we were lucky to have Pedro as our guide. He’s a very good driver and was always checking in to see how we were getting on, especially given the altitude. He gave us lots of details about all the places we visited, as well as the local culture. It was clear that he enjoyed sharing his homeland with us. What’s more, he respected our pace and allowed us to enjoy each place at our own leisure. As for the organisation of the tour, everything was very well managed. Although there was no heating in the accommodation, the beds were perfectly made up with blankets. The meals were varied and plentiful, and were adapted for those with dietary restrictions. It has been an unforgettable experience, not only because of the spectacular landscapes of the Salar de Uyuni and the Bolivian Altiplano, but also because of Pedro’s warmth and professionalism.

Great trip! Very well organised. Nice driver and tour guide. Visited beautiful places with not a lot of tourists. I would do it again!

We had a wonderful time, everything was very professionally organised and the staff (driver, office) was very friendly and helpful. They found very scenic locations to organise balanced and nutritions meals. The driver was knowledgable and added local flavour to the trip. We were extremely well looked after. The office was very accommodating and flexible to meet our wishes. We can only recommend them and would always book with them again.

ツアーの催行会社はこの会社ではなかった。 まず、サンペドロ・デ・アタカマに到着したらUyuni premier という会社に連絡を取るように指示された。この会社はチリ側の代理店らしい。しかし返事が遅く、必要な持ち物やタイムスケジュールなどが知らされたのも前日の18時すぎだった。ホテルへのピックアップも、質問するたびに時間が変わり、AM10時半とか6時半とか4時半とかめちゃくちゃな時間が知らされたを 特に重要なPDI（チリ入国時にもらえるレシートのような紙片）のことも、直前に知らされたため、PDIをうっかり捨ててしまうところだった。水着やボリビアーノが必要であることも直前に知らされ、夜遅くまでサンペドロ・デ・アタカマでそれらのお店を探し回らなければならなかった。 しかも、実際にツアーのオペレーションを行ったのはWhite and greenカンパニーという別の会社だった。Wetravel経由で支払った300ドルはこの会社には振り込まれておらず、ウユニ到着時に会社と揉めることになった。最後までestrella del sur boliviaとは連絡がつかなかった。本当に最悪な会社。 White and greenカンパニーは英語は話せませんでしたがサービスは素晴らしかったです。このツアーに興味があるならW&Gから直接予約を取るべきだと思います。
