We love to greet each day with a 90 minute morning yoga practice, starting at 8am (yes, you can sleep in!). A FARM-TO-TABLE RESTAURANTWith an unforgettable view, the Santa Barbara restaurant is truly a gastronomic experience with chef Barbara Gaspar, who is passionate for Portuguese tradition and culture and studied the cuisine of Bon Bon (Michelin Star restaurant in Algarve). With a very diverse menu, signature dishes praise the quality of local products. The secret lies in her dedication to details, from the guarantee of the best origin of the freshest ingredients, to the preparation and treatment of all the elements of the gastronomic experience. Local Azorese meat and fresh Atlantic fish and seafood command a strong presence in the menus, beautifully paired with organic fresh vegetables, aromatic herbs, and fruits, most of which come from the resort's own agricultural production. Santa Barbara Eco Beach resort operates two greenhouses and an approximately 6000 m2 area to ensure a zero-kilometer supply and a true “farm-to-table” experience.
