Sofia was born and raised in Sweden by Greek parents and considers herself Greek. Sofia lived most of her life in NYC and is a New Yorker at heart who now lives in Florida. She identifies as "A Citizen Of The World" and loves traveling. She has been practicing yoga for the last 2 decades and loves sharing her love and passion for yoga during her classes. Yoga is much more than physical and she weaves that into her classes that always incorporate pranayama and mediation. Her flows are fun, mindful, and gentle.
