Lower Marsh Farm is a beautiful and immaculate farm conversion. All the old out-buildings have been converted into top spec accommodation with a beautiful dining area in the old hay barn. There is a hot tub, an open air pool and a firepit in the surrounding fields. The food is home made, home sourced, vegetarian and delicious. Alice was our Pilates teacher. She has been my teacher at Soul Pilates for four years. I cannot recommend Alice highly enough. She is a fount of knowledge on all things pilates, caring, good fun and a real safe pair of hands - not to mention tireless! This is the second time I have been on this retreat and there will definitely be a third. Highly recommended.

Perfectly timed trip for me- felt very looked after. Had a relaxing time with lovely people. The pilates sessions and the new pool were great. Note that it is a bit further from Saltash than implied with a one way fare in the region of £35 — getting around without a car is tricky especially on a Sunday.

We had a fabulous time in a lovely comfortable setting with delicious food. The Pilates sessions were very helpful and fun and it was great to have extra optional sessions if we were free. As always it was a fun and like minded group of people to spend a weekend with .

Absolutely amazing once again. Orchard cottage was a real treat this year and the hosting just fantastic. Great group of ladies and the pilates, sound bath, fire pit, hot tubs and the food was all wonderful. Olivia makes a mean poached egg! Thank you everyone for the experience.
