Susie Lee has been practicing yoga for 25 years and has been teaching for ten. Susie’s holistic approach integrates physical asana, meditation and breath practices (pranayama.) Off the mat, Susie loves exploring nature, playing tennis, skiing and connecting with people through yoga.
Certified Pilates Instructor Hilary Power began practicing Pilates 25 years ago and has been teaching classes and private sessions for ten years. Outside of the studio, Hilary enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, reading, and singing.
