Hi! I'm a Katonah Yoga Teacher from Cologne, Germany. I love the combination of practical body input and intellectual information. I'm curious about Chinese Medicine and how to heal bodies, keep you balanced and listen to your own intelligent system. I am also trained in Acupuncture.
