This trip was life changing. Sam and Summer made me feel welcome and supported from the very start. Not only are they phenomenal instructors, but they are such uplifting inspiring women. I am forever grateful for the incredible women I met on this trip and the experiences we got the share with each other. This is a trip I will never forget. Thank you! <3

This trip was amazing! I had a wonderful experience and enjoyed everything! Summer and Sam did a great job with the schedule, classes, and journal prompts. The extra activities that I participated in were also great. I loved this experience!

I believe this is my 3rd retreat with I Am Woman and everyone has been amazing! They have truly been life changing experiences, meeting soul sisters, releasing trauma through breathwork, connecting with people that truly see your heart without judgement. It’s such a magical space and group of women everytime. If you’re looking for more connection, looking to find yourself or just get more grounded, I highly recommend!
