Meet Your Teachers! Sam is a 200 RYT Vinyasa Yoga teacher, Balanced Body trained mat + reformer Pilates instructor, and former professional ballerina. She and Summer became friends while studying in the same yoga teacher training program - in Tulum! Summer was raised in the household of two Vinyasa yoga instructors. She is a 200 RYT Vinyasa Yoga teacher, Certified Breathwork instructor, and Reiki Level 1. She became a certified yoga instructor in 2016 at the age of 18 and has been teaching internationally ever since.
