This was our favorite tour during the 9 days we spent in Costa Rica! Our guide was fantastic, and was obviously passionate about his job. We saw two tapirs within 5 minutes of starting the tour, and then enjoyed delicious sweet and savory empanadas, fruit, fresh orange juice while the last bit of sunlight disappeared. Once it was truly dark, we walked in and around the wetlands, seeing lots of frogs, toads, four species of snakes (including two fer-de-lance!), sleeping birds, an oppossum and lots of cool-looking insects. Highly recommend this tour!

It was just amazing. The night tour was so stunning. We saw a Tapir in at sunset. We walked through the Rainforest with Rubberboots (you get them there). Our guide showed us so many different animals like snakes, toads, frogs, geckos, owls and others. You also get the headlights to rent and a snack there (empanadas and fruits). It was one of the best experiences in our 2 Costa Rica Trip!!!

Abbiamo fatto due magnifiche escursioni con loro, una notturna e una la mattina presto. Abbiamo visto un sacco di animali, tra cui serpenti, rane e uccelli e alla mattina abbiamo visto 2 tapiri. Il posto è magnifico, la fauna anche! Le nostre guide Antony e Jessy (spero di aver scritto bene i nomi) sono state eccezionali, molto esperti del luogo e della fauna. È stata un’esperienza indimenticabile! Consiglio davvero di prenotare con loro qualche tour per esplorare questa magnifica valle!

Hicimos el Tapir Valley tour por Río Celeste. El guía Jesús muy atento y siempre tratando de que lográramos ver el tapir. Un tour de mucha aventura adonde avistamos serpientes y sapos. Lo recomendamos!

Excellent experience, tour guide was professional and very skilled. Unfortunately we were not lucky with the tapir, but we saw a lot of frogs, snakes (including fer de lance), insect and an armadillo. The walking was quite muddy but really amazing.
