The entire retreat was amazing. Starting with poolside yoga and light snacks; a beautiful and different location every day and a chance to see the sights with daily adventures. The retreat host Tara was well organized and took great care of us. I can’t wait to come back next year!

This was such a great idea! there were really two experiences daily, the mornings we would meet at a hotel restaurant on the beach do yoga and then have breakfast so you got to see five different hotels and experience their food. the second experience was deciding on an adventure for each day. these Adventures were unique to the area and you got to learn the history of that area and got to know one of the tour guides down there which was so much fun!! Tara did a great job deciding which Adventures and yoga locations for each morning. she checked in with us each day to make sure we were getting what we wanted-needed on our retreat. my expectations were exceeded!!
