I had a remarkable experience during the Radical Rest Retreat at Vale de Moses. The hosts and staff at Vale de Moses were incredible and the Tara, Radical Rest facilitator was warm, caring, endearing and worked hard to provide the best experience possible. The food was spectacular and the accommodations were fantastic. I highly recommend!

It was a special adventure and a fantastic concept. We all need rest. Tara was a wonderful host to us in the mountains of central Portugal. Variety of what was offered and permission to take advantage as we wished. Important to me. A great group of women and the place was very unique and lovely. Tara made happen an experience to remember in so many ways for us all.

Radical Rest is what we all need. Despite the best of intentions, daily life just gets in the way of true rest and repose. Tara is an amazing teacher and healer, making and holding space for us in this crazy, mixed up, wonderful world.

I got the amazing opportunity to travel with Tara. I was reluctant to go at first but Tara made the process truly remarkable. If you are looking for a place to practice self care, reflection, relaxation all in one this trip is for you. Don’t second guess your self.
