This retreat was truly what I needed to center my life and take some time out for me. Tara is an amazing leader and I learned so much from her. Your surroundings are magical and the food was delicious! Ready to go back!

I had an amazing time, amazing experience, met some amazing people! The yoga, meditations, and sound baths were wonderful, the ceremonies we had were what I needed for my own personal journey, and the food - soooooo good! Will I do it again? YES!

I had a remarkable experience during the Radical Rest Retreat at Vale de Moses. The hosts and staff at Vale de Moses were incredible and the Tara, Radical Rest facilitator was warm, caring, endearing and worked hard to provide the best experience possible. The food was spectacular and the accommodations were fantastic. I highly recommend!

It was a special adventure and a fantastic concept. We all need rest. Tara was a wonderful host to us in the mountains of central Portugal. Variety of what was offered and permission to take advantage as we wished. Important to me. A great group of women and the place was very unique and lovely. Tara made happen an experience to remember in so many ways for us all.

My husband and I attended the Radical Rest retreat. It indeed lived up to the name. The retreat provided the calm, rest and renewal we had hoped to achieve. The sound yoga, meditations and enlightening ceremonies were wonderful experiences. The food was delicious! We highly recommend Radical Rest!

I got the amazing opportunity to travel with Tara. I was reluctant to go at first but Tara made the process truly remarkable.
