Overall everything was great and as expected. A spécial thanks to the part in kizart and son kul where we were treated super vip. A few little glitch due to lack of détailed instructions or information, but we were ok.

Young and I had an awesome trip with your team (Tynchtyk, Shabdan, Ermek and Max). Throughout the 9 days, the meals and accommodation arrangements were top-notch. Everything went seamlessly. The food was delicious, varied, and thoughtfully planned to cater to everyone. Your Team was professional, helpful and warm. The places of attraction were unique and special. Most time we were left to enjoy the serenity and tranquil place. Krygyzstan is amazingly beautiful and your Team has shown us great Kyrgyz's hospitality in all ways. We will definitely recommend your Team to friends. We wish Tynchtyk will share his gorgeous videos that has beautifully captured some of our experiences. This short clip will also serve as a publicity for your beautiful country and your wonderful Team.

The tour was an amazing experience, our guides were incredibly helpful and always did their best to ensure we had the best experience.

The trip in Kyrgyzstan was carefully planned and very thoughtfully put together by Chynara. She considered all our requests and changes and questions and crafted a beautiful experience for us. Our Guide, NurSultan was sooooo great!! Fun, adventurous, knowledgable, and always spontaneous. HE kept us safe and he was always on time, caring and considerate. We all got along fabulously even though he had no idea how he would relate to 4 people from Africa :) There was NOTHING about the trip that we did not appreciate and love. Kyrgyzstan is absolutely beautiful - and. we saw this beauty threw the eyes of the locals and through the experiences Sultan shared with us. The food was amazing ,the accommodation was great, the hospitality was better than we imagined. ALL of us wish to return, we want to spend more time in this beautiful place. We highly recommend Terra Montis Adventures to EVERYONE !!! Best best travel company !!!

We really enjoyed the trip to Kyrgystan, such beautidul views and delicious food. Thank you to Alina, and Ermek for the good organisation and execution of the trip. Accomodation was also good. The only constructive comment is on day 6 Where we travel from Jyrgalan to Cholpon Ata. We arrived at Cholpon Ata by 3pm and we were told that we can walk to the beach but the beach was far away and required us to walk across the 4 lane highway. If the accomodatiom was by the beach it makes sense to say we can walk at beach for sunset but its far shouldnt the plan include taking us to the beach or do an activity for the day as there wasnt any activity planned for the day except driving and lunch. However I am grateful that after asking Alina, she had arranged for Ermek to take us to around before dinner. Really appreciate that. The next morning however there was no water supply in the room upon waking up. I had to go down to reception who then said they closed it earlier and now they on it back. We could brush our teeth and wash our face and went to breakfast at 8am . However as we arrived they said its not yet ready but to come in abt 5 to 10 mins. We took some food but there was no hot water for coffee of tea. The kitchen staff were still preparing to serve the various food By 830 i asked if they had eggs.. they said 5 mins. Then i asked if there was sausaged and it only came later as we were leaving to get ready foe check out By 840 we went up as we need to prepare for check out. As we went up again there was no water in our bathroom. Its unacceptable not to have water. This experience at Cholpon Ata really spoilt the good trip we had before that. Anyway all in all we had a good time on majority of the 8 days
