Pete and Cass light the path like they were born to do it. This was a life changing initiation and I am so excited to share the gift of yoga with others.

My experience in Lighting the Path – 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with Green Yogi was truly transformative (corny and simple, but oh! so true). I arrived hoping to deepen my understanding of yoga, but I left with so much more than I ever imagined. The training offered knowledge about postures, sequencing, and philosophy. But, importantly it offered an invitation to look inward with honesty and curiosity. Every session felt intentional and thoughtful, creating space for growth as a future teacher and as a person. It was the kind of learning environment that nurtures reflection, connection, and genuine presence. Pete was extraordinary throughout the entire journey. His depth of knowledge, humility, and passion for yoga created an atmosphere where learning felt both inspiring and grounded. He has a rare ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and heart, guiding us in a way that made each of us feel supported in our individual process. I learned far more than I expected—from the subtleties of teaching and holding space for others to the deeper layers of self-awareness. The training expanded my perspective on what it truly means to practice and share yoga. The other instructors were also an essential part of this experience. I cannot speak highly enough of Darren Main, who brought philosophy and mysticism to life in such a meaningful way; Maureen Cane, whose teaching of anatomy and assisting deepened our understanding of the body and how to support others safely; and the wonderful Mama Cass, a truly special presence—full of knowledge, warmth, and a contagious passion for the practice. What stands out the most is how this experience went far beyond technical instruction. It fostered a sense of community and encouraged us to embody the principles of yoga in our daily lives. I leave this training feeling grateful, inspired, and more connected to my path. It truly lived up to its name—Lighting the Path—and I will carry the lessons, friendships, and spirit of this experience forward!

This was just the experience I needed to mark the winter solstice: yoga, learning, community, ceremony, peaceful setting, delicious food. The teachers were amazing!

This 200hr YTT was more than the 5-6months, it opened a channel for me that has allowed me to recognize my own authentic light and where I am depleting without replenishing. Lucid and MC were very nurturing and informative as instructors I felt loved, cared for, and supported throughout the program. I would recommend this YTT to anyone at any age. Very grateful ❤️
