The trip was great, but Tico Paradise does not seem to exist. Our reservation was moved to Zuma Tours but this was not communicated to us. Thankfully we asked the Zuma Tour folks at the meeting place and they informed us we were with them. I should have just booked through Zuma Tours in hindsight.

Tico Paradise is fantastic! Always on time, professional, kind, and helpful. I recommend them highly!

The driver was nice and shuttle was clean. Unfortunately the traffic was terrible and it took 8 hours to get to our destination. We stopped twice along the way for bathroom break and lunch.

Our flight was severely delayed by several hours due to a restriction on flying over Cuba. We felt very bad that the driver had to wait for us, then endure the 4.5 hr drive to Santa Teresa. He was was very cheerful and gave us a great history lesson on Costa Rica. If there's a way to give him 6 stars we would.

Great drivers. But did not estimate the time and traffic sufficient - it was close that we missed our flight.
