No star, one is still too many !!!!! It was cheeky! An absolute disaster. Your organization ruined our vacation. Our itinerary has been changed without our knowledge. The statements of your agency and the captain of the ship were wrong. We have been deliberately deceived. Our money was not fully refunded. We expect a refund of the amount still missing and a compensation for a completely lost vacation day We will refer the matter to our attorney. Ulrike Spiegl
