Lara Mae has been practicing and teaching yoga for the past 2 years. As a family woman, avid fitness enthusiast and human resources executive, she turned to yoga as a way to find a balance – spiritually, mentally and physically. Lara Mae received her 200-hour certification in March of 2023 at TruFusion in Bellevue, WA . Tigerlily Lahi, LLC was formed in 2024 to support Lara Mae's growing yoga business (i.e., bookings, retreats, etc.).
